factory restore?

Help i want to completely factory restore my pc i have a dell and and ive tried the F2 & F11 thing neither work i dont know what else to do

YOU MAY HAVE TO DO LIKE I DID AND ORDER THE RESTORATION DISCS FOR YOUR PC. THEY COST ME $24 BUT IT WAS WORTH IT. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GO TO THE WEBSITE AND ORDER WHAT YOU NEED.

get the disc that came with it and tap the f12 key choose cd rom and do a complete format and instal
