Are there any programs available that will allow me monitor my network to see which of my kids is using the most bandwidth, and how much they are using?

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Under 'network connections' I have 'Local Area Connection' (my broadband connection) and 'Local Area Connection 4' (which is apparantly superfluous - it does not show up in ipconfig/all).

I want to delete the spare one but it won't let me. Why not?

I just got a new laptop with a wireless connection but the company I work for does not have a wireless router. This is the best I can describe the network: They have several switches connected to a fortinet firewall and they use windows 2003 server. I think they have a T1 line for internet, not sure on models of the routers and switches. I need to be able to use my laptop as if I was wired to the network, need internet and server connections. I have a Linksys WRT54G Router that I use at home, can I use something like that on my work network? What about a WAP? (We don't have an IT person anymore and he left the network in a very bad way, any help would be appreciated! btw, I do have access to all passwords and things for the current network, I'm just not sure the best way to describe what we have.) I need to know the best location (i.e. before firewall, after router) to connect the wireless router, and what configurations I need to make it work.
