ok im now sharing my net with the kids downstairs with a wireless router, the one kid has a perfect single no matter where i have router the other kid barley had a quarter single. So i moved the router bsaicllce closer to them and his net still fluctuates but does get a better signle. Why it fluctuation and waht can we do free/cheaply to make better range???

My mobile is an ericsson with bluetooth, and I have the bluetooth turned on, but my laptop says it needs to install the bluetooth driver, and when it is installing it says to plug in the device. My phone has no cable ports, is it asking me for a bluetooth card? How do i know if my laptop has an internal bluetooth card? When I bought it I was told it had bluetooth on it already, did they only mean the software? I just want a way to send my camera phone pics to my laptop so I can save them to disk, I have an infrared port on the phone too, but not on the laptop, I may hate microsoft forcing everyone else out of business, but at least then everything would be installed and work from the beginning. HELP

I have a D-Link Dl-524 Wireless G router and all the lights on the front light up a solid green. I beliave that this is because it overheats. Is there anything that I can do to fix this? I am experienced in the IT field and have never dealt with a problem like this. What can I do?

The computer system at work consists of a 4 computer network with my computer as the main. (all data files are stored on my computer it acts like the server.) I need detailed instructions how to set the remote access up for the office computer and my home one. I do not know much about computers, but I can follow directions. This past week alone, our network server at work has crashed 3 times and has been an ongoing problem for quite some time. Today we had our IT guy into check it out AGAIN and this time he asked if any staff were streaming music over the internet because even one person streaming music will use more system memory than if all 6 computers in the office were each running Quickbooks. I think our IT guy is stretching a bit for an explanation because my boss is quite heated that he has been w/o a computer 4 of the last 8 working days. Is this a valid reason for a network server to be constantly slow and even become unusable? I can understand music taking up internet bandwith but our internet is always fine whenever we have the problem...
