hard drive on laptop retained imformation?

Question

i used yahoo mail, i want to retreive old deleted mail will all this imformation be on my hard drive and how to retreive it if possible .or is it lost forever?if possible how to do it and what will i need thanks very important i retreive this old mail, if using yahoo mail i am assuming everything is recorded on my hard drive right ??/

if i send mail out with yahoo mail wouldn't there be something on my hard drive acopy of it? if yes can i recoop that email? actually waht imformation stays on the hard drive ? anyone know and how to see what on it

First I have a few questions, are you using outlook, or outlook express? If you are using one of the outlooks, then you can check your sent messages/deleted files folders. If you are using yahoo web mail, then you can go into the deleted mail / sent messages in there also. The webMail emails do not get saved on your hard drive, but the outlook ones get saved once they get to old. That's called archiving them.

unless you are paying yahoo for pop3 service to use a email client software the answer to your question is no, which means if you are having to use your internet explorer to check your email, sorry.
