either I just won't be able to browse even though it SAYS i'm connected, OR i'll get a limited or no connectivity thing. And sometimes I won't even see my network on the list of networks. What I'll do is have to restart everything. is this normal? Thanks.

I have a Server running on Win NT Server and I have another comp running Win XP Home Edition. I understand Home edition doesn't have the Networking Properties as the Professional edition. Is there a way to by pass it so I can access the server? Right now all the computers are set up to be the same workgroup (connected through a router). I can see the other comps in the network but can not access them. This computer can not see the Server At all. Please help! Any comments would help! Thanks.

I just purchased a Dell Laptop, I also have a desktop with a Verizon Modem/Router. I am trying to connect to the internet but it states that Windows is not currently managing this network When I open the Wireless Network connection there is nothing there. I tried refreshing but still no luck. Do I have to install software on the laptop first? I have a second laptop that works fine wirelessly.
I tried going through the wzard but it states that Windows is not currently managing this device.
Thanks

I have a Belkin wireless card that i use with my Linksys wireless router at home. When I go outside in the backyard to use, it continually jumps over to a neighbor's network. The only way I can keep mine is to keep clicking on mine to get mine back. Is there any way I can have my block my card to not pick up their signal?
