While trying to watch internet based videos through Windows Media Player, Quicktime, or Real Player, recently I get an error claiming that I am not connected to the internet.. but obviously I am connected.. I don't know what's going on, and I hope I don't have to reformat my computer in order to fix this problem... if someone could help me, I'd be grateful.. this is an annoying problem..

thanks

I already have 2 other computers on this system but this last computer is in the very back room and it is not being recognized. I know it's not the router, or the ip address... Do I need a special antenna? My son didn't hook up the one that comes with it, so maybe that's the problem?

The wireless network works great with my laptop. The DSL on the main computer keeps freezing up or is really slow. The wireless router is a Linksys, 2.4 GHz. The DSL is SBC. Now that I have turned off the router, the DSL on the main computer works great. BUT now I can't use my laptop for Internet access.
