probably the easiest way is to set up a scheduled task in windows
assuming that the data is in share A on computer A and it is to be copied to share B on computer B the task will be
copy \\computerA\shareA\*.* \\computerB\shareB\*.*
save this as a dos batch file then use either the Scheduled Tasks n Control Panel or the dos AT command to run the batch file according to the schedule you want

You could write your own script to do a transfer and add it to the scheduler. You can also find mirroring backup software to do that.
