on my msn, i cant get in my messenger because it says my key port is down, but i have checked everything and nothing is wrong that i can see. so can anyone help me... PLEASE!!!

Your computer has thousands of "ports" used for communication. For example, web pages (http) use port 80, telnet uses port 23, e-mail uses 25 and 110, etc. Messenger uses a specific port to communicate.
You probably have a firewall installed that is blocking communication from that port. Edit the firewall settings to allow communication from this port.

hmmmm....which version of mess. are u using...the latest ones have a problem...try installing a different version....and yes if u have a firewall....reconfigure it to allow the messenger...
