Unplug and plug in, reinstall driver, get a new driver, get new driver for USB controller (if USB), shout at it, try a different KB to see if that works, and if it does, get a new one, they cost as little as £1.95.

Turn it over and shake out the crumbs. did any liquid come out? If that doesn't do it then it may be the keyboard or windows.

sticking? as in 'to the table'?
try cleaning it with some toilet paper over the end of a vaccuum cleaner to get all dust out

go to start - control panel - keyboard - check settings etc - otherwise try another keyboard

usually if i am having issues making things stick either velcro or duct tape work marvelously. as a last resort consider super glue........
