How Do i check how much bandwidth i used without going on bell.ca?

Please expand on this. Why do you care? Are you getting charged more if you use more bandwidth?

On Windows, you can right-click the network icon in the system tray and it will show you how much data you've downloaded and uploaded during your current session.
