If you're talking about your WEP key, just hit the management page and look it up. You'll need to hook directly to the router with a CAT5 cable to get into the management page if you've forgotten your passkeys.

This depends on your wireless access point, hub, or router. The configuration interface may show you the key. In some cases the key is not displayed. In that case, set a new key (remember it!) and set all your wireless devices to the new key.

restet your router to manufactures defaults.
next Uninstall the hardware drivers, reinstall hardware drivers, then do a setup
