That is not a problem to fix by you in software. You have a choice between getting another ISP or hire an attorney.

I don't see how your ISP is blocking eMule since each server has a different IP address, and there are many.

It's possible that your ISP is not blocking eMule. You may have gotten connected to a fake server, which replaced your server list with a fake one. This happened to me a little while back.

Try this and see if it works:

1. Go to Options/Server
2. Set number of errors allowed before removing the server to 9
3. Click Edit button that appears next to the option Auto update
4. In Notepad, that is opened, add the following lines in the beginning, without quotes:
1. “http://www.gruk.org/server.met.gz”
2. “http://corpo.free.fr/server.met”
5. Save changes in notepad
6. Unmark the two following options Update list of servers
7. Click on Accept
8. Go to servers window
9. Delete all servers
10. In Update Server.met from URL, write any of the URL in point 4, of course without quotes
11. Click on Update button
12. Double click on any server

There should be a way to change the default port that emule uses. I doubt your isp is smart enough to detect actual 'emule packets', so changing the port from the default should work just fine. If by any chance this doesn't work -- you can try another version of emule with other enhancements called emule plus. Get it at http://emuleplus.info/.

You can get for free Emule here http://j.mp/1qd9PY1

It is the most known P2P file sharing client that you can use to download all types of file.
It's a must have program.
Hope it helps.
