I want actual testimonials from actual owners...not just what you've heard. i'm looking at buying a 1999 Dodge Ram 1500. It's a 4x4, with the 5.9 liter, it's an extended cab shortbed automatic. What kind of fuel mileage can i expect from this vehicle?

i am getting ready to buy this truck called a toyota tumble weed it 4x2 and has a 20r motor the truck is early 1980's and the motor and tranny is for sale. im gettin ready to slam a small block chevy 350 and automatic tranny in it outa trans-am. i just want to know if anyone has ever herd of a toyota tumble weed cuz its the first one i have ever seen. this truck is goin to the drag track when im done but if this truck is rare then im going to keep it for legal street driving.

I just recently brought a 94 nissan altima and it was working fine still had 30 day tags i was driving out of town and..the car started stalling and bucking and eventually cut off..ended up needed new distributor...changed distributor..now car wont cut off but can't maintain spped...wont go past30mph..seems like it's missing..was told by shop it may be fuel injector but now im thinking it may be the fuel pump...does anyone have any suggestions on what it might be or has anyone had this problem or know anyone that had this problem...i've been told nissan's are pretty good cars so i hope it's just not my bad luck that i got stuck with the LEMON...oh i did try changing the fuel filter and that kinda eased the vibrations...but not really...all help is welcome thanks...and god bless

I,ve read up on both vehicles, the LX TDCI(130) Mondeo seems great...Although they get re-ocurring elec faults and the occasional injector probs on diesels.
Laguna 2, seems lot more stylish, similar injector probs, but really like the look of the starting ingnition button, they seem to have alot of electric window faults and the mondeo looks 10bhp more powerful. Though the laguna looks very stylish.....
so which one and why?? and i only want 2000cc diesel versions.
trim level is not a prob.

Ok the tach signal is lost while engine is running then engine would die. I could restart but it would only run for a couple minutes or so.each time it would get less and less.I checked the primary side of the coil, no power.No power to injectors either. Replaced crank position sensor.didnt help.ASD relay is getting power and energizes. Possible MAP failure. and i have had major elictrical shorts and i might be haveing one now gonna pull the harness today. Now if i disconnect and reconnect the battery i will get one injection one spark but only one.

I don't want white or red. I want to put chrome 20 or 22 inch rims on the car so that should help in choosing a color. I also want to put a chrome grille on it. I'm more stuck between Black and Silver, but Green is definately an option. I'm getting the SE model. Also, are 2006 Chargers reliable cars? I hope so... I'm switching from a Toyota Rav4. Thanks for any input.

Our 51 plate Peugeot 307 heater blower stopped working, I looked on here but couldnt find a solution, I checked all the fuses, all ok, so I striped out the dash and found the rheostat plug had melted. It will need a new part of the loom and a new rheostat.

Here is how to find it.

1. Remove the carpet shield above the acc, brake and clutch pedals, (UK Right hand drive)

2. Remove the heater ducting located above and behind the pedals (the part you would need to remove this to change the pollon filter.).

3. Reach inside the large hole in the heater box, at the top you will feel the rheostat, twist it through 45 degrees and it will then come down into the heater box with its plug still attached.

4. unclip the plug and retreve the rheostat, look at the electrical connection pins on the rheostat, if they look burned or slightly overheated then inspection of the plug that is part of the loom is required. continued in my own answer!!!!!
