Yes, any of the Turbo coupes from the 80's or Super Coupes from the 90's could be ordered with 5 speed manual :)

Every generation of Ford T-birds since their inception in 1955 have had manual trans' as standard equipment w/auto trans optional. Beginning in '55 it was a 3 spd, later on a 4spd, then a 5 spd & now a 6 sp is available.

you bet! back then people ordered their car from the factory and waited for delivery. they could order with whatever specs they desired and it didn't cost a dime more. those were the days.
