how comes it looks similar to the lincoln town car, and which one do u prefer?
i personally prefer the lincon, but then again the mercury is also a nice car aswell, so would say they are both good as each other

It's a FWD and i am wondering why it didn't share RWD architecture with the fantastic Jaguar XF. Heck, Ford is even going to sell Jaguar. It's a stupid business decision. What do you think? Do you think it will be a huge seller?

the air ride is going bad but the motor still works would it be cheaper to get air ride fixed or switch to regular shocks

My heater works fine blowing through the front vents of the car. But, when I turn on the defroster or set it on automatic, it still blows out the front vents. When I put it on the floor, it still comes out of the front vents. Anyone know why?

it shuts off when it uses all the car's light, it's not charging the battery so it only uses the charge it has.

I have a 1993 Lincoln Town car with 200,000 miles on it. I just purchased it and have noticed that when I am still at a stop light and take-off there is a blue cloud of smoke left behind. This only occurs when I take-off , then the smoke is gone. Can anyone tell me what the cause of this could be and how expensive it is to fix?

What happened to the great cars that Lincoln us eto build. Mark VII, Continental.etcc. Ford has miss managed this "onceGreat brand" The town car was designed over 20 years ago, and they have no car to revival the likes of BMW or Mercedes. Atleast Cadillac has gotten its act together and they have a positive and defiite direction and purpose in the market place. Lincoln-Mercury is just spinnning its wheels waiting for the next big Ford VEHICLE to be restamped as a Lincoln product. The good ole days at lincoln may have come and GONE FOREVER...
