Replacing the brake caliper is pretty similar for most vehicles.

Just make sure you BLEED the system before driving, otherwise your brakes won't work.

In addition to the already good answer you got bleed the brakes before you hook the brake line to the new caliper and of course you will need to bleed them again at the new caliper but you don't want that old fluid in your new caliper if you can help.
