Dodge 488 engine?

CAN ANYONE GIVE ME SOME GENERAL SPECS ON THIS ENGINE AND WHAT IT WOULD BE WORTH. A FRIEND OF MINE HAS ONE IN AN OLD SCHOOL BUS. I WOULD EITHER LIKE TO PUT IT IN A CAR OR TRUCK. MAYBE EVEN SELL IT. I KNOW THE EARLY `90'S VIPERS HAVE A 488 CUBIC INCH V-10 ENGINE AND THAT IS NOT WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT. ANY HELP PLEASE.

The engine your speaking of is a long rod engine designed for busses and heavy trucks, it will be horrile on fuel if put into a passenger vehicle . I would advise against it.

that motor wouldnt be any good in a car or light truck. it weighs so much and really dosent make that much power.
