Around $40K because of the twin turbo set-up and all of the pricey amenities. Thanks Mazda for contributing to the demise of the affordable sportcar in the mid-late 90's!!

BTW...The RX-8 is a poor substitute for an RX-7....yeesh!!

$37,000 up to $41,000 when I worked for mazda. Complex cars hard to work on.
