So, I am getting my learners permit for the state of Utah today. I do not have a learners manual and would like very much so to study. Can anyone help find me a study site or maybe a PDF of the manual? Additionally, I am one of the nerdy types who didnt get his Learners permit until age 18, woot. So, after acquiring said permit, how many hours of driving must I put forth to make me Driver license eligible?

experience people in this field only please.i have found a vehicle,but in a move they lost the title and im not sure were to get a title for the vehicle.can anybody tell me how to deal with the situation.im located in dallas texas area if that helps.

I never had a car to drive and therefore never found the reason get my license as soon as I could. I got my license when I was almost 19 (I'm in Cali) because I was going off to college and my parents got me a car. Weeks later, my parents car broke down and I gave up my car until they could afford a new one. They then took me off car insurance since I couldn't drive anyway and to save money. Now ~1yr later--and two weeks before school starts--I have my car back.

I have very little driving experience, but I have driven to my college (1.5 hrs away from home) with the assistance of my dad a couple times. I'll be driving by myself now. I do consider myself a safe driver, maybe too safe, but I do worry about things like driving slow, tapping my breaks too much, parking next to poles/walls, fwy driving, etc.

Any advice for the meantime? For example I will personally drive for more experience and volunteered to drive my friend anywhere for free as long as he helps me out along the way.

is it necessary to by a parked car insurance? the car is in my garage not on the public parking on the street. since i am in california and my car in fla. this is my first time i ever heard of parked car insurance. is it really necessary, do i really need it? i wanna know your opinion. thank you.

If you go to pull into a parking space and hit a car, and then drive away, is this considered a "hit-and-run" and could you be arrested for it? I know this sounds like a silly question, but I am an inexperienced driver and I am not sure what to do in a situation like this.

Once I give it more speed it does not shake. It has been doing this for the past week or so. I have checked the oil,trans fluid, etc. nothing wrong. As of today the check engine light was flashing on and off. What is wrong?

my van would not start so i put a new battery in it. now when i turn the key all i hear is a click from the engine area. I think it may need a new starter but im not sure. What do you suggest?

We locked our truck with the alarm button, but have since lost the alarm pad. We have a key to open and start the vehicle, but do not know how to deactivate the alarm using the key only. I believe that there is a way to do this, can someone please help?

My mini-van is making even me, the driver, car sick! I need good shocks so I don't feel like I'm in a small boat instead of a land vehicle...we live on a dirt road with lots of twists and turns. The van has about 78,000 miles on it and I don't think the shocks have ever been changed.

hi. i own a 2004 bmw 525i and according to the dealer the car already has uv protection windows but the windows are clear. To protect the interior of the car do i still need to put tints on the windows? Will a light tint protect the interior from fading and cracking?what is the actual difference between light and dark tint? will my interior crack or fade if i dont put tints. is it uv ray that fades or cracks the interior? thank you in advance

my boyfriend want to get a motorbike, but i don't think it's a good idea.

were in the motions of buying a house and are going to start a family in the next few years. obviously i wouldn't want anything to happen to him anyway but i feel even more nervous now because i don't want to be stuck with a mortgage i can't pay and a child if something does happen to him.

that ad on tv freaks me out aswell, the woman who has a young baby and is feeding her husband from a beaker cause he's crashed a bike and is basically a vegetable.

i told him how i feel but he thinks i'm worrying too much.

i want to put my mind at ease but theres just so many risks involved with bikes, isn't there?


am i right to worry or over exaggerating????
