either a line has been cut or the caliper has a leak.
I suggest you take a look at the amount of fluid in the rear can, then press the front brake lever and see where the problem is at, and correct it.
Oil on the front tire can be deadly, and it is at least very unsafe to ride like that

It's probably brake fluid.
(Get some on a paper towel and compare
the color to your brake fluid.)
Oil on the front wheel of a two wheeler is
a BIG danger. Take it to the shop -
VERY CAREFULLY.

What type of brakes are fitted?
Could be a leak from the brake caliper if hydraulic disk brake or leaking suspension oil from front forks

could come from a bleeder valve that is not closed tight, or a bad caliper, or a loose or broken brake line. check your brake fluid level. if brake fluid is full, oil could be from a bad fork seal.

IT COULD BE BRAKE FLUID.BUT CHECK THE ENGINE FOR LEAKS/OIL SPRAYS.OIL ON THE BRAKE SHOES/PADS,MAKES THEM USELESS.CHANGE THE BRAKE SHOES/PADS ONLY AFTER YOU HAVE FOUND AND CURED THE OIL LEAK.
