I think I may have siezed the engine. I tried taking the spark plug off and no deal. Q: if the engine is seized, will the fly wheel move... I can move it. Does that tell me anything... It's going to be hard for me to transport this to the shop... that's why I'm trying stuff myself.

The piston may be seized to the cylinder (possibly due to rust if you live near the water).
Remove the flywheel's side cover (should only need a 1 or 2 tools) and try to turn the flywheel.
If it won't move, the cylinder head should be removed to check for problems.

you do no longer supply adequate techniques truly. decide for make, kind, age, mileage. "won't pass" does not say adequate. in case you propose once you attempt and start up up it, the kickstart does not turn the engine - then there is something jammed. it must be a broken kickstart spring, yet that's no longer very straight forward. regrettably it must be the worst case situation - that the engine is seized. this occurs with the aid of loss of lubrication, loss of maintenance, and/or overheating and/or over-revving the engine. can no longer tell if it is 2 stroke of four stroke without the make/kind - that's a greater straight forward situation with 2 strokes, yet is way less complicated to restoration. much less straight forward with 4 strokes, and greater high priced to restoration. ---------------- further after greater techniques: it is an computerized so which you will no longer use the gears to envision how the engine is popping. that's a topic that it is purely accomplished 50 miles. you have been gentle with the engine have not you? Used the working in technique for the 1st few hundred miles and not utilizing max throttle and max revs? If no longer, worst case is it ought to have seized. this suggests that the piston welds itself into the cylinder as a effect of overheating with the aid of friction. Or in straight forward words, the engine is lifeless and desires a rebuild. in case you have accompanied the working-in techniques, then there's a distinctive situation. it could be below guarantee and because it is so new it must be a teething situation like a jammed spring. in case you be attentive to what you're doing, you may take the kickstart and the conceal off and characteristic a seem. yet, why no longer get the broker to try this for loose below guarantee?

either you've broken the kick start or your engine has siezed. Did you ever check the oil in the engine? Remove the spark plug and try it, that will make it easier to turn the engine over, it it can be rotated.

Not familiar with this particular bike but if you can turn the flywheel without any nasty feelings, then it's not seized. Could be the kickstart mechanism is jammed. All sorts of things can cause this i.e. piece of broken gear, clutch basket, broken tooth on kickstart gears etc.If your bike has gears and manual clutch, then you could try pushing it in top gear slowly, preferably with plug out and listen for any nasty noises.Suggest you start by examining kickstart mechanism. A manual is invaluable if you're not familiar with working on bikes. kickstart usually fitted with strong return spring so take care.
