if you are asking if it is a legit company then check on the web of companies house. there is a company called continental tyre group who were around in the 70s/80s when i worked in garages but don't know if they are the same company. i think they also supplied Tyres for car racing but again don't know if that is same company

Chances are you are being spammed by someone ........unless you have applied for the job it wont be a real offer as you need a background for that trade for them to offer the job .........do not even give them your name and address or any details unless you want to be scammed
