I have to decide between a 02-06 Nissan Altima
I was just wondering is leather worth the time trying to find or is cloth better
Can you give me some pro's and con's to this your help is appreciated

am looking for Blue leather for the front and the rear seats for my 66 Continental. My leather seats are ripping and I want to replace them. A local shop in DC told me $2000!!! Already bought a Rebuilt Engine kit and pricing a good paint job so I am gonna try to save me a couple $$.

I also am looking for a replacement dash for my car. It is cracked in the middle (like most old Lincolns) and needs to be replaced or fixed somehow

Please let me know if there is any websites out there that have the leather material for the seats and/or the replacement dash. Thanks

I am looking at a 2003 Harley Davison super glide limited edition with only 3000 miles for $9500.00. I have been looking at the Honda VTX1300 for about the same price but new. Does anyone have advise on these bikes especially the Harley. I am a big guy and want a bike that has some power, especially at take off and when passing on the freeway.

Hello. My '98 (w/ 88,000 miles) makes a strange clicking sound. The noise occurrs slightly when I first start it up. When I accelerate, it is much louder. The noise will stop when I hit about 30 mph. It will also stop after I have driven the car for about 5 minutes. Any ideas? And how much to fix?

some cars run only on battery and can not go as far on gas cars. Some cars have both electric and gas. How does that work? What is a bio fuel made of? And Some newer vehicles engines have it where in the city only half the cilindars are used. But when we go on the highway all the cilindars are in use. How does that work?

When I turn the radio loud , the amp shut off and I have to turn off the radio and turn it back on, then the amp work fine but with the volume not to high. I'll appreciate your help if you know the solution. Heeeelp!

Twice now I've been driving my car, and all of a sudden it will just shut off. When I try to restart it again it makes noises like it is out of gas, but it has a full tank.
The first time I put gas into it, and it started right up.
Second time after putting gas into it, it didn't start, but my dad got it to start somehow but it was running really rough.

My book says it could be a defective choke, if it is how much do those cost to replace and how hard would it be for me to fix it?

Could it be anything other than a defective choke?

My car overheated on the highway a week ago, it has yet to start. When i turn the key,it acts like it wants to start ( it does make noise like its going to start,but doesnt) Also, the check engiene light comes on, only when i drive over 55mph on the highway.I went to autozone,they gave me a tool to hookup so i can test the engine and get a code to find out what the problem is. If you can help, i'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

I have a 1965 Ford Mustang, it's a 200, inline 6, automatic.
I'm the 3rd owner.
It's not perfect, has never been restored, but the body is fine. There's NO rust on the vehicle.
It was a Calif car (1st owner, 25+ years), then TX.
I bought the vehicle in FL from the 2nd owner in 1998 and drove it off & on over the past decade.
It runs but needs a tune-up, as the car has been garaged for the past 4 years straight and not driven at all in that time.

This car is my baby and my dream was to restore it and get a true automotive education from it. Dashing that dream is not something I am really prepared or happy about doing.
Life has made other plans, however, so I should probably sell this car.

I am not quite sure how to go about selling it, or what a fair price for the vehicle would be. Please respond with your suggestions as to how to get it appraised or figure out its market value.
Also, can anyone recommend a good website for selling this?

I paid $1500 for it in '98

I drive a 2001 kia sportage. I was leaving my house & coming up to a stop sign when my car just died. I tried to start it (thinking it was just a small issue) and it wouldn't start. Now it's turning over, but, still won't start. I had someone come look @ it and he says he thinks it the timing belt. Someone else told me your timing belt won't just go out like that w/out the car acting up previously (which it didn't). Coincidentally I just got my oil changed a couple hours before this happened. I don't know if maybe they knocked something loose..or it may not have anything to do w/ the oil change. I don't know!! Help please!! Thank You.

I just got a 1996 Volkswagen Jetter 5 speed manual, black, moonroof, CD player for $1500!!!!!! With all the taxes, it was around $1900. I am so excited! Is this a reliable car? Has anyone had problems?

Is it true that two door vehicles are more costly, insurance wise, than four door vehicles? I ask because I am considering purchasing a certain vehicle; however, i'd rather have the coupe than the sedan. Someone told me that any vehicle with two doors is considered a sports car, and therefore, more costly to insure, than a sedan would be. Is this true? Or does it just depend on the car?

I just bought a 1997 Pontiac Sunfire from a local buy here pay here dealership and for some reason I'm kinda thinkin' I got ripped off. I put $900.00 down payment and I still owe $1005.00. He told me when I bought it that it had 108,000 miles on it and now that I got it I see that it has 768,000 miles on it. He just kinda seems like a lowlife dealer but I'm not sure what he's like because I don't know anyone who's ever bought from him before so I can't ask for advice. It has brand new brake pads, struts in the back, new tires, new lug nuts and hub caps, and it has really nice interior. Overall it seemed like a really nice car but now that I drive it I'm noticing that the mirror on the passenger side is broken so it won't pass inspection, I'm thinkin' it needs new front struts as well because it clunks and clicks every time I hit the slightest bump. I also noticed that when I start it the engine rocks back and forth like you wouldn't believe. Send me your opinions please?!....HELP
