I have a 2004 1.6 zafira with the emissions light on no fault codes stored no pending codes and running grand ,has anyone seen something like this before .Thanks

I recently replaced the clutch hub on my 1997 Sportster 1200. The primary chain seems way tighter than when I took off the old clutch hub. All the new parts are the same size as the old ones. There's no slack in the chain, so the chain tensioner holds the cover from being pushed all the way on. I don't know why the chain is tighter now than whe I took the parts off. Thanks for your help!

Hey, so I found on ebay this set of rims and tires that I reallly like but I live in Pennsylvania so of course, we have a winter, sometimes its harsh too..but not too bad.
So the tires that are with the rims are GT Radial

So i was wondering if I am able to use these tires in winter or not, because i really want the package cause its a great price....but idk if i can use them...

In a few weeks a friend and I are moving from San Antonio, TX to San Francisco, CA. My car isn't the newest but it is in decent shape and hasn't shown any signs of breaking down (do they ever?), but my friend is concerned about getting stranded in the desert at night. He keeps referring to long stretches of abandoned road with no gas station or cellphone coverage (though he's never been in the southwest), and insists we stop before 5pm every evening.

Our route is taking us on I-10 all the way to the Los Angeles area. Is the road ever abandoned in the mid-early evening (before 9pm)? I would assume there is always quite a bit of traffic, especially semis, but I admit I have never driven through the area either.

Any insight is appreciated. I'd rather not wake up at 4am twice in a row if I don't have to. ;)

My mother and me were having an argument about what to do if your car ends up in a body of water and you are in it. Her theory was to roll down the windows as soon as possible but I had heard that you should wait until the car hits the bottom and then either open the door or break the window or roll down the window. So, hypothetically speaking, lets say my car loses control for some reason and I fly into an body of water in it. What should I do??

It is a 02 Sea Doo GTX DI, It just lost power, the maintenance light comes on and say"s on the screen ,,,12V LOW, I just put a new battery in it a mounth ago! Any help wuld be greatly appreciated, yea and I just changed the plugs out today.

its a hydrolic break, when I take the tubing off the resovoir and pull in the break handle, no fluid comes out of the resovoir. YES there is fluid inside :) When I connect the tubing and try to bleed it at the break, still nothing comes out, no air or fluid. What should I do?

I was involved in 3 vehicle accident My car was rear ended and shunted into vehicle in front which was stopped in traffic queue. I was stopped or almost stopped at time . Driver at reat said sorry her foot slipped. I was taken to hospital - whiplash etc. Police said first driver said I hit her first. then hit her again when shunted forward. Also cos front of car was badly damaged must be my fault. I disagree but was charged with Sec 3 RTA. My car was a write off. Keep going over accident in my mind but still know I was stopped at time. Whats my position . Do I get points on license Can I claim rear driver for injuries to hip neck etc. Someone please help.

So I was turning into my apartments parking garage, and some woman was sitting in her car waiting for her friend with the car door open about 10 feet in front of me and a little to the left. I had no room to get into the garage through the right, and so I was waiting for her to move forward. When her friend came back, she started reversing the car without looking behind her and nailed the front of my car. I wasn't moving at all, just waiting for her to move. She filed a suit saying I rear ended her, and now I am in a tough situation. She obviously has messed up morals and I have absolutely no leverage. What on earth should I do?
