Always use Genuine Honda power steering fluid. If you are in a desperate situation, Auto Zone sells "Honda Compatible" (red bottle, written in big letters) PS fluid that you can use.

The reason you must use Genuine Honda fluid is because of the extremely high pressure system used in the Accord. If you use generic PS fluid or ATF fluid, you run the risk of ruining the Power Steering pump or damaging seals within the steering rack causing expensive damage.

I'm so glad you asked. That happened to me and i replaced the power steering pump before I realized that wasn't my problem. The problem was a cheap little (easy to replace) bushing. You need to find a competent chassis shop (alignment shop). Get referrals from friends or check the better business bureau for someone who isn't a crook.

Yeah any of that power steering fluid will work and so will regular old ATF

I think your on to the off-shore intimidation to; "keep on buying their high priced products." Id stick to a major brand of power steering fluid. Valvoline has one with a pump and rack conditioner added. I'm sure there are other brands that will suffice.
