Hey, so I found on ebay this set of rims and tires that I reallly like but I live in Pennsylvania so of course, we have a winter, sometimes its harsh too..but not too bad.
So the tires that are with the rims are GT Radial
Champiro 328, Size: 205/40/17
Speed rating: 84W Treadwear: 280
Traction: A
Temperature: A

So i was wondering if I am able to use these tires in winter or not, because i really want the package cause its a great price....but idk if i can use them...

They are a performance summer tire. They have channels to enhance grip in wet, and they have good dry traction. But they will be very bad in snow and ice. They are also a unidirectional performance tire, which means they cannot be rotated from one side to the other.

Vinny, I live in Up-State NY and I can appreciate your concerns. If you go to tirerack.com and open specific tires, they have over a dozen category tests on every tire they sell. I always compare wet and dry traction, light and deep snow, tire wear, noise, heat etc.
There's a tire they don't sell you may be interested in. Nokian tires are made in Sweden. If you open their site there may be a dealer in your area. They make full studded snows, all weather, touring, non-studded snows, and many others.
My wife had a set of their all-season tires on a Taurus and felt more than secure driving during the unpredictable winter months.

the size alone tells me they are useless in snow
