First of all.. good googly, go get some insurance. You're risking the well-being of other people on the road by doing this. Seriously, had YOU been at fault? That person would have been stuck either:

A) Paying the bills out of their own pocket and praying you've got enough money ferretted away somewhere for them to sue you or

B) Sic'ing their Insurance Company on you, where Big City Lawyers will be squeezing you for your every dime.

So take care of that, yeah? Please. I beg of you.

Anyway, yes, they are still going to pay for you. You weren't at fault and the no insurance part was just the cherry on top of a very bad sundae.

In most states, no insurance does lead to a suspension of your license. This basically means that since you made the choice of driving around without insurance, they're going to force you into not driving at all. Definitely not a better situation. Prepare yourself for a very hard lesson learned!

you will most likely just get a no insurance ticket and if the other car had insurance you will be covered and they will have to pay you if it was their fault, this just happened to me last month i got $800 for a dent in my bumper caused by someone else i didn't have any insurance either i just got a ticket for $180 but i got insurance within 10 days and the ticket was dropped to $25

the insurance company for the other driver should cover your injury.
if the officer working the accident wrote you a ticket then you could lose your license, it wil lprobably depend on your driving record. you should go ahead and get some insurance now so when you go to court it look better for you.

You now will get help. The fine for driving while uninsured will help you remember not to do it again. If you lose your license, it will help more. If you do not know if you are insured or not, you really should not be driving.

Driving uninsured is indeed your problem and unfortunately a problem for anyone you may become involved in an accident with. No sympathy from me I was hit by an uninsured motorist a few years ago.

chances are that you will have your license suspended for 6 months to a year. No you must pay your medical bills if you have/had no insurance.
