I decided to wait till next summer to get a car. Actually, i will be 17, not 16 by then. We decided to get a brand new car so i dont have to worry about fixing used cars. I'm not really wealthy or poor. What would be a good car for me?? i want a suv type of a car or no hatchbacks....Give me some ideas, it can be diverse or what not.IDC....Im just looking for ideas......so far ive looked at honda civics, jettas, toyota prius(if i spelled that right), BMWs, the new nissan altima coupe, im not too sure........my range is 15000-25000 with a few exceptions..So tell me what all of you people think! Thank You

When driving a motorcycle, are you expected to weave in between cars as they are stopped at the traffic light? I see many other motorists doing this but I'm always afraid to... is it okay if I stay in line with everyone else? I feel as though I'm expected to drive up to the front of the line just because I'm on a motorcyle...

There must be a trick to getting at the water pump of my outbard motor without using force to seperate it from the drive shaft.I can make it budge 1inch but something is holding it back.So far I haven't seen anything that needs to be released beside the four bolts holding the gear case on.

Over the past five years, i've restored an old e21 320i by hand, and i'm extremly proud of it. So, I would like my AIM screen name to make some sort of reference to it (or BMW in general). My name is Andrew (Drew) if that helps. Can anyone think of any catchy screen names?

Has anyone recently traveled using amtracks economy class?

From their website

"In most Amtrak trains, First Class and Business Class seats and sleepers have standard 110-volt electrical power outlets available to supply power for electronic devices. Very few outlets are available, however, at Coach Class seats."

What are few? Im taking that means none.

Anyway, does anyone know if they have those cigarette power adapters that you have in cars? 12V I think it is. Thanks!

I think I have a problem with my brakes, but I'm not sure. When I hit the brakes in general nothing happens. But I hear grinding when I'm braking to a stop (the last few seconds) or turning sharply at low speeds.

I have a 98 Chevy Silverado, and my mechanic told me my crank shaft is going out on my truck. This will cost me several hundreds of dollars, I only have a few more months to pay off my vehicle. Should I get it fixed or try to buy another one?

Hey guys:

Maybe you could help me out. We have a '94 Accord EX and all of the guages are out, no windows roll up or down (one stuck in down position) and the clock won't work. Oddly enough, the radio is working, but nothing else electrical...not even the moonroof. My husband is mad and is about to give up. Help, please!

We're not taking it to a body shop or anything, but does Autozone have stuff to fix this? Like something to fill in the lines with a paint to go over it? It's a common color and it seems the paint should be easy to find (red Chrysler Sebring).
