I have recently purchased a Ford F150 and I did not recieve an Instruction Booklet with it. Does anyone know of a website (probably a PDF file) that has the Manual? The exact model name is written below.

2004 Ford F-150 XLT 5.4 Triton

bought the Honda dirtbike in 2003 in Colorado (high altitude). rode it in the mountains.

moved to California (sea level) in 2005; started it and rode it once on the street in the subdivision. could not start it again a few months later. has been sitting in the garage since.

the dealer that sold it in CO said it would need to be adjusted for lower altitude, if I ever moved.

do I need to take it to a Honda dealer, or is there something I can do to adjust/fix it here? how do you 'adjust' it to lower altitude? someone told me the old gas might be a problem...is that true?
thanks!

I did ask this a minute ago but I got it the wrong way round. Im looking for a car around £3.5k but the cars in that price range are great big hulking cars with huge engines that I cant afford the insurance for. How come smaller cars are more expensive?? I notice that when looking at new cars, the ones with bigger engines and bigger models are more expensive, so why is it the other way round for second hand cars?

I asked a question similiar to this a few weeks ago, but I now have new information. To those that have not read my first question I will retell the story. I bought a new nissan on 5/29. I traded in a car that had a ny salvage title written right across the front of it. Six weeks later the dealer sent me a letter telling me I committed a serious offense. I contacted DMV and they informed me I had not. The dealer now wants to be compensated in the amount of 1,000. He painted some of the car and has had it in his possession for over six weeks. I talked to him yesterday and he says if I don't pay him he will take me to court and win. He says he has done this several times and won.In the meantime I contacted the dealer that sold me the car with the salvage title and told him he never informed me when I bought the car that is was salvage. He said he did verbally, which is a lie. It was not on the bill of sale. What would you do if you were in situation? Thanks for your advice.

I have an Arizona license which doesn't expire for 50 years and I need to get a Florida license to prove that I'm in state now (I already talked to the DMV and they said that I needed to get an actual new license issued from Florida) but when it expires in 4 years (I think) and I have since moved out of the state then will my old one go back into effect? Will I also have to change my insurance and the registration on the car which are all from Arizona, because I want to do the least amount possible and legal to prove that I am in state for tuition purposes for the next year. Also, will they take my old license and if so is there anyway around this?

I'm 17 and live in California, Los Angeles and got in an accident and i have no insurance but the car does my dad didn't want to get me insurance because it was too much money. I was making a left turn while the person that hit me had a red light. The total damage is $1,700. The lady said she didn't want to get insurance involved and wanted to settle it one on one, but now she doesn't want to pay saying its my fault for being a teenager. Now I got a latter fro AIG and she maid a claim with her insurance. I got a witness that saw everything the person who was behind me waiting to make a left turn too. What will happen will they suspend my license till im 21? Is there anything i can do right now to avoid that? Please Help

She admitted fault sort of she obviously saw me making the turn and said that she couldn't break? Nothing happened to her car only broken head light and scratch bumper. I get insurance now will that take away the possibility of getting my license suspended

The reason I ask is because, now I don't mean to sound selfish, but I happen to park my car in the street right in front of my house. But recently someone just decided to park their "For Sale" car there, and who knows how long it's going to be there for. Now I can't park there, and I really don't feel comfortable parking my car someplace where I can't keep an eye on it. Are there any rules that apply to displaying a car for sale or does the owner have the right to park it anywhere they want?

She told me I should cancel my car insurance since the car isn't running, but the insurance company is telling me that if I cancel it, I'd have to turn back in the license plates & that it would cost more to get insurance turned back on. Do you think the insurance lady just wants more money?

Now I'm stuck because I'm being told 2 different things that sound right, but if I don't listen to my case manager, she'll call me irresponsible.

We're looking for a quality sailboat and would like recommendations on a good manufacturer. It appears we need something in the 40' range. Is our budget of 80-90K reasonable? If anyone has a broker they recommend, we're interested in that too.

We plan to live aboard for a year and keep to the waters of the Washington coast. We admit we don't know much, but we're willing to learn. Yes, we've heard owning a boat is like throwing money overboard. We may be niave and too optimistic for some people, but we figure you only live once!

I refuse to drive a Ford, Pontiac, Chevy or any other American car because in my opinion, they're totally substandard when compared to Toyota, Honda, Nissan, Volvo, etc.

Without commenting on how you feel about my views on car companies, does anyone know if any rental company allows you to specify what make car you want to rent and guarantees that type of car?

Thanks!
