At night you won't be able to see the color of the car. Not legal everywhere and placing floresent tubes under the car means they won't last long. Orange with red glow orange with blue glow? What ever floats your boat.

Just stay away from red and blue or the cops give you a ticket for imitating an emergency vehicle
