Has anyone recently traveled using amtracks economy class?

From their website

"In most Amtrak trains, First Class and Business Class seats and sleepers have standard 110-volt electrical power outlets available to supply power for electronic devices. Very few outlets are available, however, at Coach Class seats."

What are few? Im taking that means none.

Anyway, does anyone know if they have those cigarette power adapters that you have in cars? 12V I think it is. Thanks!

I took Amtrak's Regional Service from DC on a number of occasions and there was a 110V Outlet with 2 plugs next to me each time.

Amtrak is refurbishing all of their Amfleet coaches to have nearly the same amenities as on the Acela trains. If you happen to wind up on a non-refurbished train, there are plenty of outlets in the dining car.

I personally have seen this web site and got one there. Not quite awesome on the delivery service speed but does save around 79% and joyful for this. The quality is actually great and also right until today never find a flaws.
