My brother is looking for a 64 to 68 ford mustang or a 72 to 79 ford trino or even a 72 to 78 olds cutluss for his son to buy and restore. He is looking from anything that is junked to used. We are in the KY,OH,WV area and wish to stay in the tri-state area to purchase. He would like to have something that he can restore with his son and just have as a project car with the hopes that his son can enjoy it with him as he was born with bi-lateral club feet and will eventually end up not being able to drive at all.

the transmission feels that it gets really hot, but sometimes only even when its not loaded. Sometimes its really loaded and it wont get hot. It does it randomly on different ocassions. Is this normal? It gets to the point were if I put a beverage in the cup holder it will get it hot I could also feel it next to my leg when im on the gas pedal.

It can be any car that is $21,000 or under... I don't really that civic kind of car much; insurance payment isn't really a problem, but getting insured might be. I am mainly looking at muscles cars and Porsche 911's... Anyone have any specific cars that might be good?

I havent started my bike in about a month. Its been cold and when i tried to start it today it wouldnt. It tried a few times, then i ran the battery down. I have a charger on it now, will turn over good, still wont start. this is my first bike, i can work on truck motors, but i cant find the spark plugs? Stupid, i know. Please help. It sounds like its not getting fire.

I just returned home, and wasn't in the house for more than 15 minutes when I heard my car alarm go off. When I went outside, some nearby neighbors told me they heard a loud "boom", my car alarm went off, and the people across the street from me ran into their house. I looked at the car and there is a dent on the back of it. What do I do? I've never had this happen before. Please help.

I had to have it towed last night because it died all of a sudden. It had been running fine all night, but I did notice it was just a tad slow to start. That night while waiting on the truck I got it started but it would only idle. If it was revved, it would die. It was hissing loudly, but I didn't find the problem until today.

Today, I found a vacuum leak that was causing the hiss. I hooked the line back up, and the car still took a long time to start. Once started, it idles smoothly and I can rev it all the way up but if I press the gas too quickly, it will die. I took it down the road and it has a pretty bad loss of power, and it hesitates and stutters now and then. After I shut it off I noticed a sulfur-like smell.

Fuel pressure reads 40 pounds, which is in operating range I believe. Fuel/air mix reads extremely rich when I rev the engine while parked.

I've been told that all three went bad at the same time, or it's the car's computer, which would cost about the same amount to replace, but they won't know if it's the computer unless the coils are replaced first. Does this make sense, or are they just trying to get more money out of me? HELP!!!

For some reason when I turn on my heated seat in my Mazda my car seems to get worse gas milage. Am I nuts or does heating your seats use up your gas and if so why? Thanks!
