My cousin has a '98 Accord. A couple times the Check Engine light came on and it was because that's what happens every 6,000 miles to remind the owner to give the car a maintenance check up. It came on another time, but. that was for the O2 sensor. I don't think she ever had the Drive light blinking. (I know all this because she consults my husband as her mechanic.)
Your problem could be anything wrong. You definitely need a scan. AutoZone is the place to go.

It will Need to be scanned to see what the code is that the computer has in memory. If, it driving and running OK, it could be anything from low on washer fluid to low on brake fluid.
IF, you want to look, raise the hood and see if you have Washer Fluid and See where your Brake Fluid level is. If, these are good or the light stay on after you top up; then you will need to have the Scanner. IF the Brake fluid is so low the light come on, it really need front brake pads soon.
dodge man above is correct too. Go to Autozone and they even check your washer fluid and brake fluid, but, remember, as brake fluid go down, Brake pads wear, so, if it very low, you need to have the front brakes checked.
