Trying out a bug for purchase. The sound comes from the center of the car. It does not happen when I slowly release the gas but happens in second gear. When the owner drove it that never happened. Do new clutches or something do this new?

I couldn't stand people not being able to see me through my front windows so I took off the tinting on my driver and passenger windows of my car. The tinting was put on by the old owner. And the sticky stuff is left on them, what can I use to get it all off??

How many turns of the screw do you turn the setting on the breather housing on a1992 ford festiva breather air flow.I have never had an adjustment like this on a breather before Do you run it all the way in and then back it out.I think this monitors how much air flow goes into the fuel injection system This screw was tampered with when timing belt jumped time and they didn't know how to adjust it exactly after the new belt was installed. Does anyone know how to adjust this screw or where to find the answer to my question on the internet.Thanks

i have a 89 nissan maxima and one of the radiator hoses is leaking drop at a time...i've already had to put half a bottle of prestone in it...i have to drive this thing across the state tomorrow! i have a job interview! is there any way to quickly fixed this? i'm seriously thinking about busting out the duct tape...omg i'm doomed...please helP!

I'm moving to Lewisville at the first of the year. I bought a '97 Explorer at the end of Nov. and was told that the Catalytic Converter might need replaced. The real question is: If I fail the emissions test the first time do I have to pay for the full inspection price the next time or just the emissions test? Assuming all else passes.

I lost the master key to my 2004 pontiac grand prix gtp and when i went to use my spare and it did not start. On my info display it said that starting disabled due to theft deterent or something. So I figured that the key just was never programmed. This isnt the problem. I used my spare key to put my car in neutral and my dad pulled it to the dealership. On the way there a few lights kicked on that i am worried about. My battery charge light, ABS, traction control, and it said service brake system and I think my battery was going dead because my displays were getting dim and the horn was weak. The dealership was closed but i dropped it and the keys off. I am worried that come tomorrow they will charge me for more than just programming the key. Did i hurt anything by pulling it. Will they try to charge me for all that stuff that poped up? If anyone works at a dealership please help me so i can prepare for tomorrow...lol. Serious answers please. Sorry it is sooo long!

A guy at work was talking about oil levels in his car (a 6-cylinder Toyota Solara or something). He was mentioning that he prefers to keep the oil level a bit above the "add oil " mark on the dipstick. He said that the engine operates more efficiently that way, and that as long as the oil remains clean and changed often it isn't a problem. I however prefer to keep my oil near the top of the normal range (which seems to be what everyone does when they change the oil). What is the optimum level? Assuming that my work friend doesn't have problems with oil leaking or the engine overheating, is there any advantage to his way (or is he trying to save on oil????)
