I am looking for a quality used car, and they are both the same price? What is wrong with the Audi, its not just one this cheap they all are. Are they expensive to maintain? insure?

The Subaru is a more popular car than the Audi, and because of the demand, it has a higher resale value!

The Subaru is worth more because it will still be running by time you pay it off. The Subaru is much less likely to need a major repair within the next few years. The Subaru is also cheaper to insure and general maintenance will be less as well. The Audi is probably more luxurious, faster, and a better handler. But, reliability has been poor, and they require special software and tools to work on (read: expensive).

i own a repair shop, and this is because Audi looses its value a lot faster than a Subaru does,,they used to wasn't like this,,but in the past ten years Audi has skipped a little on quality,,and its showing up in there car sales also, but your right you can by an Audi a lot cheaper these days, and they may get cheaper also,,good luck,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

if you plan on putting that many miles on a vehicle keep shopping. that is alot of miles for a car and $5700? thats insane. It may be a nice looking car but thats alot of money for a high milage vehicle. especially a subaru. You never know what kind of work these backyard mechanics do.

Both are extremely expensive to maintain and are both very unsafe. Look into other vehicles.
