I have a 1995 Plymouth Neon Highline Sedan and I was wondering what the "highline" means. Is it a trim level or engine change? Any correct answers would be helpful

I have a T-reg VW Passat Estate and I need to get a replacement part for the boot, but I don't know what it's called so can't do a search! The 2 cylinder type things that hold the boot up and make a whooshing sound. Sorry to be such a girl about this - but can anyone tell me what they are called??? Help! My boot keeps falling on my head, so replacement bits would be a great idea.

My husband heard that conductors have to push a button every minute to make sure they are awake and if they do not hit it, the train engine will shut off. Is this true?

I have a 99 Ford Taurus. It seems that when it hit 100,000 miles it started giving my trouble. It left me stuck on the highway. I saw it "dying" and pulled over. Got it fixed, it was the alternator. FOUR days later, I went to start it and it was dead. When I took it to mechanic, he said it "looked" like I need a tune up because all wires and cables were original from factory. Ok - got it done. TWO weeks later, same problem, it's not starting. Mechanic said it was "crank sensor". Does this sound right or am I just keeping my mechanic in business?

Could anyone please explain to me the concept of the "unitized body construction"? The salesman did try to explain it, but didn't do a very good job.

Thank you

I recently got caught by a patch of black ice, and the repair shop says that my '02 Bravada is leaking transmission fluid now. No problems before with it. I spun on the ice and ended up into a wall and facing backwards. Body work isn't too bad. Can such a situation typically cause damage to a transmission, and if so, how bad?

(Maybe having it in drive and the wheels suddenly going in reverse?)

A 250cc/375 lbs Vento Motorcycle (v thunder)V Twin - with Fuel Injection, ABS, and all the accessories you would need for a bike. Top Speed 80-85 MPH with modifications available for faster speeds. With a one year warranty.
Both of them are the same price 3500.....I just dont know which really has the advantage....Help!

An uncle of mine wants to know what the terminal velocity (top speed) of the Space Shuttle is just before it reaches its destination altitude in orbit? So far I only know that it can reach Mach 30 (as I saw on TV). It also occured to me that the Shuttle can reach a higher speed but never does because its travel distance to orbit (and fuel) isn't enough for it to actually reach its "potential maximum" (as I like to call it) speed.
Please give your answer in:
* km/h
* mph
* Mach

Thanx everybody!

It is a gas saving device that causes the air travelling through the intake of the motor to change to a vortex befor being mixed with gas. Ment to save gas and increase horsepower. Does it really work. Also does placing magnets on the gas line also help in saving gas.
