It won't turn over; battery is charged. Runs great in dry weather or snow. Help?? It is an old vehicle 1995 Corolla

Cracked distributor cap arking off wall not spark.
Replace Cap rotor and wires it should be good to go.

i own a repair shop,and when it rains its drawing moisture in the distributor cap,and wires on it,,this make them short out,,this is what causes them not to start good,and also cold weather may effect them also,,you need to have them changed a soon as possible to avoid being broken down some where,,but that's what causes this to happen,,good luck,i hope this help,s.,,have a good x-mas.

Boy, it seems nobody listens, huh.
first, check to see if you have headlights
if you do then check the starter cable connection-it's probably loose or corroded

check that the air intake is not sticking out and catching the rain because it WILL flood your engine
