My aunt and I both signed on an 04 vehicle ($20,000). I only owe around $10,000 now, and I want it solely in my name. The problem is, I havent talked to my aunt since I bought the car (3 years ago), and I have no way of contacting her. Is there any way I can have the car put in my name without her signature? She also lives out of state. I believe on the title it says my name OR her name, and I was told that this makes a difference as opposed to if it says my name AND her name. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I am trying to remove the dashboard for a 1991 Ford Escort LX to get to the gauges, but cannot remove it because the hazard light switch is in the way. Is there a way to get around this?

I am NOT very mechanically inclined and NOT at all handy. I only have a few tools (screwdriver). I don't want to risk getting acid on my or ruining my clothes.

If I remove a battery, I'm afraid I won't be able to get it back in. The battery is dead, I think.
