今天到維基百科爬文有看到在介紹蘇格蘭的時候有出現這國家的格言: Nemo me impune lacessit(好像是凱爾特語的發音)，我用英文發音規則去念這段話怎麼唸都念不順，請問有人知道這段話的標準發音嗎？

I have been studying English since 1990.
這句的動詞是由三個元件組成: [have]+[been](p.p.)+[studying](現在分詞)
英文的基本結構,不是S主詞+V動詞+O受詞嗎?
助動詞 .pp過去分詞.Ving現在分詞都不是動詞.
那不是構成了一個句子沒動詞的錯誤了嗎?

另外一點HAVE當使役動詞＋受詞＋動詞原形
I had the painter paint my house last year.
請問是省略了had 後面的(to)嗎?
所以才不會造成一個句子有兩個動詞衝突嗎?

現在分詞和過去分詞都能當形容詞用
