離職原因是因為"與理想職務內容不符"的英文-----
1. The reason for quitting is the (present) job doesn't fit with his/her career plan.
2. The reason for quitting is that the job is in variance with his ideal.
單字：present job: 目前職務 / fit with: 符合 / career plan: 職業生涯計畫 / in variance with ... : 和...有差異 / ideal: 理想
