thrown out of the events for some time after testing positive for using drugs to improve their speed.This method of cheating is called doping.Over the years,however,sports cheats have used methods other than doping to try to "win at all costs".

As far back as the 1896 Olympics,a marathon runner by the name of Spridon Belokas tried to complete part of the marathon race in a carriage pulled by a horse.Despite his efforts,he still only came third,and had his bronze medal taken away when the race officials discovered how he had really finished the race.

Stella Walsh was considered a national heroine after taking the gold medal in the women's 100-meter dash at the 1932 Olympic Games.The Polish runner's secret was discovered in 1980 when "she" was killed during a bank robbery in the US.Stellawas,in fact,a man.

More recently,Abbes Tehami tried to win the 1991 Brussels Marathon by only running half the distance.People watching this event became suspicious when the Algerian runner appeared to grow taller and lost his mustache during the course of the race.Abbes'scoach,whowas shorter than he had did have amustache,actually started the race.He then swapped clothes with Abbes behind a tree after completing the first 10 miles of the race.Abbes was declared the winner until his lie was uncovered.

我平時再看ADVANCED的時候，都是用傳統的英文字典(朗文)

問題...我看玩一日的份量至少要花個1.5個小時，

大部分時間都在翻字典。感覺是有點浪費時間...

可是我之前有在知識+找過一些問題，

滿多大大都說學英文要用傳統字典....

但...我好像越來越不覺得是這樣了...


有使用傳統字典的大大能分享一下心得嗎?

ABC LTD has an activity of sourcing and trading in Asia, it has to meet many suppliers, and to introduce various employees and potential customer to them.

The parties hereto hereby agree as follows :

Article 1 : Confidentiality
The supplier commits himself to respect an absolute discretion concerning the facts or information it would be informed of during the various meetings and appointments in connection with ABC LTD , and to consider the date transmitted by ABC LTD as confidential.

Article 2 : Competition
The supplier prohibits itself to engage any contractual relations with the following company, its subsidiaries, or any company which would act directly or indirectly for it or replace it as with the following persons :

More generally, the supplier prohibits itself to propose its own production range in the ABC LTD's commercial network. This non-competition agreement will be valid as long as ABC LTD and the supplier will trade together, and binds the supplier for 5 years as from the last order.
The supplier answers for its employees and generally for any person or firm which would be involved in the trading collaboration and thus, meeting its present commitments.
In case of violation of these conditions, the supplier will pay to ABC LTD , as compensation of the damage, 15,000 USD and 15% of the turnover made in violation of this non-competition agreement.
The parts prohibit themselves to employ or solicit, directly or indirectly, and staff member or agent of the other part, even if the initial proposition is formulated by the staff member, except in case of previous written acceptance of it.

Article 4 : Miscellaneous
This contract is governed by the Hong Kong law.

SYMPTOMS
When you add users and groups to an Windows NT version 3.5 computer using User Manager you have the ability to overrun the registry with user and group information. When you reboot your computer, the following stop screen appears:

CAUSE
User accounts and group information are stored in a secure location in the registry. By default, RSL (registry size limit) is 25% of the size of paged pool. The registry charges registry quota for its memory allocations. This is to prevent the registry from becoming too large for the available system resources. If a piece of registry is freed up, it is deallocated from the pool and the registry quota is returned. Although the space is still allocated in the file, there is no memory allocated, so no quota is charged.

If the registry becomes very fragmented, its file size may become much larger than the charged registry quota, potentially causing the registry to become larger than the system can accommodate at boot time. That is, the registry file cannot fit in memory in the available paged pool.

在台灣一般人，特別是大人，提到 "看漫畫" 或 "看卡通"，
普遍的印象觀念和反應就是「幼稚」、「沒水準」....總之是負面的.....

譬如：有人說「現在學生都愛看漫畫!」=> 意思是都不愛唸書喜歡看頭腦簡單的東西!!
( 雖然現在的漫畫確實沒有 漫畫之神手塚治虫 還健在的時代那麼有深度....非本題重點~先略過不談!!......Orz)

當然~有這種負面反應的人相信百分之百是對日本動漫有偏見，不懂又不去認識的無知人士~...

我很好奇，日本身為動漫ACG製造大國，
一般日本人在提到動漫是怎樣的觀感和反應呢??
有像台灣負面代表這麼大嗎？？
