Q:　

a coin is tossed 6 times . find the probability that the number of heads in the first 3 throws is the same as the number of heads in the last three throws .


A:

the number of heads in the first 3 throws , say X , is binomial with n = 3 and p = 1/2 .
then P〔X = 0〕= 1/8 , P〔X = 1〕= 3/8 , P〔X = 2〕= 3/8 , P〔X = 3〕= 1/8 .
if Y is the number of heads in the last 3 throws , then Y has the same distribution as X .
then , P〔X = Y〕= , P〔X = Y = 0〕+ … + , P〔X = Y = 3〕= (1/8)(1/8) + (3/8)(3/8) + (3/8)(3/8) + (1/8)(1/8) = 20/64 = 5/16 .

【(1/8)(1/8) 】這個是1/8的平方,可是我不會打平方,所以都用兩個數相乘來表示
★我也搞不懂為啥【 P〔X = Y〕= , P〔X = Y = 0〕+ … + , P〔X = Y = 3〕】這段的算式要平方呢??
沒頭沒腦的是因為【 P〔X = Y = 0〕】這裡的X=Y嗎??解釋一下吧



我的問題最主要有三個(不是說我只要問這三個,還是必需要全部都講解!!只是我最不能理解的就是這些,這三個部分ㄧ定要解釋到..)


1.題目到底是在問啥呢??我看的懂個別的單字,可是連在ㄧ起,我就完全搞不懂了...有哪些已知數,以及要求什麼??

這段是如何算出來的??是有公式嗎??還是其他原因??

有時候看到一些英文單字
譬如說Happy
會變成HaPpy
像這樣英文字母的大小寫轉換
是照自己喜歡所以改變
還是可能針對某些音節去改變大小寫呢?

I'm student of Aquatic Bioscience my name is Yu-Zu Chang
Last week I went to Tung Shin with my friends.Because their teacher
let my friends to teach English.So we went to Tung Shin Long Gang
Elementary school.And my friends have to teach those students English.
After class,we played with students and ate lunch with my friends at
school.
And when the afternoon.We went to Tung Shin Fishman's Whart.We saw
the setting sun at Tung Shin Fishman's Whart.It was very beautiful.And
when we back dormitory.I felt so tired,so I have a good sleep.


中文翻譯:我是水生系的張御族
上個星期.我跟朋友去東石.因為我同學的老師要他去敎英文.所以我們就去了東石的龍崗國小.然後我朋友開始交那邊的學生英文.
下課之後.我們跟那邊的同學一起玩，然後順便在那邊吃午餐.

現在已經是大一生了
但是，卻連英文單字都不太會唸
kk音標不太會、單字也記不起幾個、文法也不太會
學了這麼多年的英文，都是在應付
因為，我知道自己英文不子，所以每次考前都會狂看英文
因此，英文也沒有被當掉過，但是，看的英文
總是在考後，就忘了一乾二淨。
在大腦裡面，都只是暫存記憶
每次安慰自己是台灣人，會中文就好了
但是上了大學後，開始有了原文的課
慢慢感覺到，以前都是自己在騙自己
英文不好真的是會很吃虧！
所以，就想說趁現在大一
快點把英文學好
但是我的程度真的很差
可能連國中生都不如
就算分數及格，也都是用來應付的
可是現在我想好好學習
辛苦一點，也沒關係
因為，我不是很有錢
所以不想補習，想自學
自學的話，我也明白，要有一些投資
我的預算大概是１０００～２０００
想要先把ｋｋ音標學好
然後把單字記起來
最後再處理文法

我覺得我念英文常常有一個盲點

就是

整篇文章單字都懂，但是當他湊成一個句子時就完全不知道他要表達的意思了...

不知道是因為思考模式的不同還是怎樣??

或是文章看太少??文法太差?? I don't know.

這個問題一直是我的障礙....我很想突破

但是不知道要往哪個方向努力..

可以請高人給予指點和建議

20點請大家搶...我不需要廣告、補習班...，希望是有類似經驗或給予適當建議或是有建設性的答案。 希望祭出20點能有好的結果....
