oikuce是一個typo 打字的人打太快了或是沒有注意到
應該是police

你仔細看一下鍵盤 O"P" I"O" K"L" U"I" ce = POLICE

三分鐘熱度說的對，的確是打錯字啦，屬於右邊鍵盤的所有的字母都剛好往左移了一格。
對焦沒對好。 ^^
