What areas of Sacramento are good for children to live in?

I am relocating, and need to have info about the better areas of the city. I heard Cameron Park in nice as well as El Dorado Hills. I was born in Carmichael. Can anyone give me specifics on these areas? I see that there are alot of apartments in my price range in and around FLorin Mall. Also some around Fulton Avenue. Commute times from Marina Del Rey to Santa Monica?

I found a great place in MDR and a decent place right next to work. I am wondering if it would be worth the extra commute time to get the MDR apartment. I know the 405 is a nightmare but is it possible to bypass all that traffic by taking local streets (PCH perhaps). The MDR apartment is right by the marina and my work is near Bundy and SM Blvd btw.

Has anyone ever gone on The condo tours In Orlando Fl where they give you free things such as tickets?

I just wanted to get some info on these tours. My husband and I were actually interested in going for the free tickets(I know thats bad) but is it worth it. I don't know what the requirments are we have only been married for 6 months. I am 24 he is 27. I know they are strict about who can take the tours. We really aren't going judt for the tickets in the future we will be looking for a condo or timeshare we vacation in this area every year we have been together 7 years.
