My company may transfer me to the Sacramento area from Denver. One of the things I really like about Denver is the fact it has very few bugs, and we can leave our patio door open without the worry of a swarm of mosquitos or flies ending up in the house. What is the Sacramento area like?

I called PODs (we've used them before for a shorter move and liked them) They quoted us over $9,000 for two pods enough for our entire house. That doesn't include our cars expenses?!?!? Unfortunately the new job isn't paying for relocation... :( Are Movers or a Uhaul much more? Any recommendations on a reliable but affordable company? Yeah right, huh? Thank You!!

Right now, i think california is a part of europe. Therefore, we use the euro as our currency.

California is a part of the european union. That means i can walk into a grocery store in california and they will accept euros. Do you believe this?
