I dont know what you mean by "Greenback Theater" since I live near Greenback and I-80 I only know of the century movie theater there and its no where close to El Dorado hills. Greenback is a long road and runs almost into Folsom, still EDH is about 10 miles from the start of it there. I would recommend getting a start and end address and using yahoo maps for your disstance.

There are two freeways that run sort of parallel through Sacramento. The Greenback theaters are near Hwy 80 north east of downtown Sacramento, El Dorado Hills is on Hwy 50 just past Folsom. Both are east of Sacramento. However, there is not a freeway that runs north south between the two, you must take city streets to get from one to the other.
I suggest you look at a map since it can be confusing to those from out of the area. They aren't that far apart in miles, but you might need to plan extra time to travel to and from.
