Now that Rick Ankiel, the feel good story in baseball and Troy Glaus, MVP of the 2002 World Series are in the steroid controversy I am not hearing or seeing the outrage that I saw with Bonds. I understand he was going for a hallowed recored but that should not matter. They are all guilty of the same thing even though never testing positive. I know Barry is not a nice guy like Ankiel is but lets hear the same hatred I heard for Mr. Bonds.

I grew up listening to 70s and 80s music...easy listening like Air Supply, Chicago...but I can't help but feel that I'm missing some key artists/groups/songs that I love!

Adam and Eve were forbidden to eat from the tree of knowledge - this part of genisis makes a good deal of sense to me and my question is this:-

Putting aside whether this story came from God or someone making up a story about what God said or even if God exists - was this story created to protect us from ourselves?

Just suppose for a moment we knew completely how our brains worked - why we are self-aware - why we dream - why we sleep & ultimately why we die - everything that makes us 'tick' & of course the really big one - why we are here in the first place - is this why we have religion in our societies - as a 'coping mechanism' until we have answers for all the things that we don't understand - and ultimately is it a bad thing for us to know all these things, because then there would be no challange for us to live our lives?

Is this what's making our society descend further and further morally & ethically?

Is our gathering of knowledge making us jaded and cynical....

My husband lied to me before marriage that he is divorced. But after my marriage I came to know he is not divorced yet.Later He divorced her legally and Religously.But he does not send her the divorce papers.I dont know Why.The papers are with me. Everytime I ask him he gives his own reasons as busy etc. Respond quickly as to what should I do to make him send Divorce papers immediately to that female and let that female go ahead in her life.

Hi everyone, I had my last period on 17th fev. so due date would be 24th November, but when I went to Ob. he said that according to the baby size I was due 4th december, as if my period was on the 27th fev. It was odd but, he's the doc so I didn't think about it anymore. But I've seen lots of people here saying sometimes doc do get it wrong. What do you think? Meanwhile, I have another question, last scan the doc said the baby was too small considering I'm 27 weeks preg (according to his calculation). Most people don't realize Im preg because there is almost no belly. I'm 1.63 meters tall and weigh 63kg. i eat normally, no diets or anything like that. I take my prenatal vitamins and Iron. Any ideas? Thanks!

She always make fun of my college course, Physical Therapy. She tells me that I am going to be a massage therapist.. that's my only job.

But WTF I HAVE A HARD TIME BUSTING MY *** WORKING FOR MY GRADES FOR THIS COURSE!

Yet, she always makes fun of me.. She wants me to be a nurse, what the hell, I don't like that job!

I really hate what she's doing to me. And I just have to control myself from showing her I am annoyed already.

the question was put in a way that I, yes, I, found offensive to Christians, it mocked the religion in an ignorant way, while trying to come across as interested in the answer. This falls in with one of my earlier questions on how easy it is for trolls to report you, without justification! the fact that YA must have seen the question and still decided to give me a violation is not fair! my answer was no worse than others!

For as long as I can remember, I always find that I have insomnia at night but I can sleep very well during the day. Why is that? I try going to bed at 10 PM, but I don't finally fall asleep until after 5 AM. I've been missing school because of this & having unexcused absences. I just find myself, lying in bed, twisting & turning all night. I don't drink caffeine, & my meds are supposed to help me sleep at night. What could be the problem? I even try to lie in bed at 7 PM & still twist & turn until 5 AM. In school, my grades & attendance are suffering because of this. Also, at night, when I do get in a comfortable position, that's when I have to pee, & then it's hard for me to get back into a comfy position again.

Ok, Ever Since I Was Younger My Brother Has Always Been Overprotective of Me. At First I Thought It Was Cute Because I Was His Little Sister And He Didn't Want Me Getting Involved With The Wrong Guys. But Now, I'm 18 And It's Still A Problem.

It's Really Starting To Get Annoying Now And I Can't Take It Anymore... I Just Want To Live My Life Just Like He's Living His. I'm Still A Virgin And I Just Got My First Boyfriend A Little Before I Turned 18... Someone installed me another Windows XP because my computer wasn't working OK but didn't delete the old Windows, and now, when I open the computer I have to select the version I want to use. I want to delete the old one and keep the new one. When I go in :C , I find the folders Windows.0 and Windows. Wich one I have to delete? And how I have to do it? I delete it like a normal folder, or I have to do something else? Please explain like for a beginner. Thanks.
