Ewww. Fanny means vagina here in Australia.
The first time I heard the song from the Nanny, and it says how she got kicked on her fanny, I didn't get how you could get kicked out on your vagina. But then someone explained to me in USA in means you behind.

In U.S.A., the 'fanny' is the backside.

In New Zealand, the 'fanny' is the...frontside...on a female...

So, what exactly does the word 'fanny' mean in your mind? LOL!
