For as long as I can remember, I always find that I have insomnia at night but I can sleep very well during the day. Why is that? I try going to bed at 10 PM, but I don't finally fall asleep until after 5 AM. I've been missing school because of this & having unexcused absences. I just find myself, lying in bed, twisting & turning all night. I don't drink caffeine, & my meds are supposed to help me sleep at night. What could be the problem? I even try to lie in bed at 7 PM & still twist & turn until 5 AM. In school, my grades & attendance are suffering because of this. Also, at night, when I do get in a comfortable position, that's when I have to pee, & then it's hard for me to get back into a comfy position again.

You were a cat in a previous life and you are still adjusting to this life. It can come in handy later in life if you find a good night job. I hear you, sounds like we are on the same schedule. To bad you can't schedule later classes...like night classes.

Can you try and make yourself stay up during the day even if it means you don't sleep for 24 hrs, then you will crash at night time? That is what I do when I have to work. I am miserable that day, but I get through it and then sleep that night. If I keep up with it then I am on the right schedule.

Don't drink any fluids starting a few hours before bedtime and then you won't have to pee.

ahhhhhh I had this problem too! It's called "your sleeping schedule's outta whack" lol. Literally, you fall asleep during the day so naturally you can't sleep at night. When you feel yourself being tired during the day, FIGHT IT. Don't go to sleep. Then at night, you'll be fine. You could also try a little exercise so you'll be sleepy at night. I started doing the treadmill for half an hour a day and it really helps me sleep at night. I had the same exact problem!

I don't know how old you are, but if you are in college, sign up for later classes next semester. After suffering the same problem, falling asleep at my desk, taking naps in my car between classes, etc, I became a nurse and now work the night shift. I previously worked 3 years in an office environment and everyone said "Your body will adjust to waking up early." Bullshit! I have two kids now and they have never awakened before 8am. Thank God!

I am that way too. I don't know why. My mother had said that as a baby I was that way too. I remember lying awake as a young child and not being able to sleep.

I don't know what is wrong with us Queen. I do take a medication now that helps me sleep.

I hope eventually you can get the correct medication to help you.

Your body is following rules. The chemical that makes you sleep even while at work is released at the same time every day except Sunday. Your aura is forming this chemical and its timing. You are out of whack or out of sync with your family . Your aura is set to come awake when they sleep and what they do when awake makes you sleepy. Join them or operate when you are awake.

have you tied alcohol? I strongly recomend it.....lets say on friday....just get hammered, drink cooking wine if its necessary, that whole day just drink up....when the night comes you'll be sick and then dehydrated and tired....then ask a 180 pound guy to whack you in the head pretty hard, your problem will be fixed...just like that.
