The best place to get Mike and Ikes and Jelly Bellys for cheap is WinCo. There's one in Folsom and Antelope (just outside Sacramento.) They sell both in bulk. You can even get the Jelly Belly flops for about $1.50 a pound.

Both are common candies, your should be able to find them just about anywhere. I dont think, you need to go to old sac and pay tourist prices for either.

try old town , I am pretty sure they have a bunch of candy shops down there.
